I’m Rachel Gray, a Registered Massage Therapist passionate about creating customized, in-depth treatment plans to support each client’s unique needs. I specialize in dynamic cupping, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue massage, and hot stone therapy, bringing a broad range of techniques to each session. My goal is to help clients find relief and achieve long-term wellness, and I love incorporating stretches and home care exercises so they can continue progressing between visits.

After years of observing that many massage therapy businesses weren’t owned by registered massage therapists, I decided to branch out on my own. I wanted to create a practice built on genuine understanding and experience, one where my clients’ needs come first. Owning my practice allows me to deliver the kind of care and expertise I believe in, and I’m constantly striving to improve. I do a lot of self-study and physical challenges to ensure I “practice what I preach” when recommending exercises or home care.

Born and raised in Edmonton and living and working in Sherwood Park, I love these communities and want to give back by offering the highest standard of care possible. I’m deeply invested in the well-being of the people I serve and am grateful to be able to support the health and wellness of my hometown communities.
